For weddings more than 30 miles from our home base in St. Petersburg, we charge a travel fee of $0.75 per mile (calculated round-trip). If your celebration takes us on a longer journey, we may need to arrange overnight accommodations and handle a few other travel details – but don't worry, we'll discuss all of this during our first chat together so there are no surprises.
As the owner of our company, I would love to be your lead coordinator and will confirm my availability during our initial chat! If I happen to be already booked on your special day, I'll let you know right away during our call. After booking, you'll be paired with one of our incredible lead coordinators who shares the same passion and dedication for making your wedding day absolutely perfect!
Oh, hey there destination couple! If you're not in the St. Petersburg area, we'll simply host our meetings virtually to make things easy and convenient for you!
We understand wedding planning can bring up questions that need more in-depth discussion! While both packages include scheduled email check-ins, we're happy to arrange additional video or phone calls whenever you need extra support. Additional planning sessions are available at $100 per hour and will be added to your final balance.
Yes!! We are constantly adding to our inventory. You can view our current rentals and add-on services during the booking process. Some rental items include table numbers, easel, card box, and an audio guest book.
Once you book with us, we’ll send over everything you need to get you started – guides, templates, and all the resources! Expect monthly check-in emails from us starting about a year out. Then, around the 6–8 week mark, we’ll finally meet to go over all the exciting details and make sure everything’s coming together perfectly!
With Day of Details, you get the best of both worlds — we’re the perfect blend of a day-of coordinator and a partial planner. While we don’t book your vendors or handle payments, we do manage communication, timelines, and wedding day logistics. And while we don’t create full design concepts, we’re happy to help source florals or decor rentals — plus we’ll place all your personal decor on the big day. As Hannah Montana once said… it really is the best of both worlds.
