How far do you travel?

We are willing to travel anywhere - please let us use our passports! A .75 cent per mile fee will be applied to client's weddings further than 30-miles away from St. Petersburg, FL (33701). Any extended Florida travel (80 - 120 miles away) may require additional accommodation fees. Any weddings 120+ miles away or out-of-state will require accommodations, possible flights, and a meal stipend which will all be discussed prior to booking.

When should I book you?

When should I book you?

Since we specialize in day-of coordination, we book up fast! We accept bookings up to two years before your chosen wedding day & as short as 8-weeks out. Submit an inquiry form on our Contact Us page to see if your date is available!

Does day-of coordination mean you just show up on the wedding day?

Don't let the term day-of fool you! With Day of Details, you get access to us from the moment you book us, plus, monthly check ins! We want to assist you along the planning journey, build a personal connection and make sure we have all the necessary information to make your day perfect. We start our client communication up to one year out from your wedding day!

Who will be the lead coordinator for my wedding?

If Carley is available on your wedding date, she will be your lead planner and this will be confirmed on your meet & greet call. If she is unavailable on your wedding date, she will tell you during the call and you will be assigned a lead planner from within our company. Your lead planner will be introduced to you 3-months out from your wedding date!

What if we are not local / located out-of-state?

Oh, hey there destination couple! If you are not local to the St Petersburg, Florida area we can adjust our meetings and make them virtual. Our final details meeting can be via video call & our venue walkthrough can be moved to rehearsal day (we will just meet up one hour before rehearsal to walk the spaces).

Do you offer any discounts?

We do offer 10% off our package price if you or your fiancé are active military or a veteran or first responders (thank you for your service). Inquire with us to discuss custom tailored pricing!

Why do I need a day-of coordinator?

Ask any previous bride, vendor, or venue and everyone will tell you the same thing. Life is better with a wedding coordinator. You've done all the planning & now we come in to tie it all together! We take care of all the small details so you can enjoy your day. Sit back & sip on some champagne while we coordinate your vendors, set up all of your personal decor and make sure everything goes to plan. Your wedding day will go much smoother and stress-free with us around.

What makes Day of Details different?

Day of Details is not your ordinary wedding coordination company as we provide a special niche in the wedding industry. We put our time, energy, and expertise into ONE service for our couples and that is day-of coordination.

We listened to previous clients & wedding vendors and discovered there was a gap in the industry for day-of coordination (sometimes called "month-of coordination" or "event management"). Many couples want to plan their own wedding day or don’t have the budget to hire a partial or full-planning coordinator. That is where we come in!

What if I want extra meetings with you during the planning process?

I get it! You may have some questions during your planning process that require a more extensive phone call or video call — we are here for you! If you would like to book any additional meetings with us, a flat rate of $100 per hour will be due upon booking the meeting.

Do you provide any decor or rentals?

Yes! We offer a card box, a black easel, a steamer, a cake knife & server, and now an audio guest book to our rental inventory.
