We are willing to travel anywhere - please let us use our passports! A .56 cent per mile fee will be applied to client's weddings further than 50-miles away from St. Petersburg, FL (33701). Any extended Florida travel (80 - 120 miles away) may require additional accommodation fees. Any weddings 120+ miles away or out-of-state will require accommodations, possible flights, and a meal stipend which will all be discussed prior to booking.

Since we specialize in day-of coordination, we book up fast! We accept bookings up to two years before your chosen wedding day & as short as 8-weeks out. Submit an inquiry form on our Contact Us page to see if your date is available!
This is a great question & the answer is YES! All three terms technically mean the same thing. Each company does their own variation of this service. Don't let the term 'day-of' fool you, with Day of Details, you get access to us from the moment you book us, plus, monthly check ins!
If Carley is available on your wedding date, she will be your lead planner and this will be confirmed on your meet & greet call. If she is unavailable on your wedding date, she will tell you during the call and you will be assigned a lead planner from within our company. Your lead planner will be introduced to you 3-months out from your wedding date!
We do offer 10% off our package price if you or your fiancé are active military or a veteran or first responders. We also offer a discount of 15% off if you are a vendor in the wedding industry (must be local to the Tampa Bay area). If you do not require ceremony coordination, we will provide a discounted rate. Oh, hey there destination couple! If you are not local to the St Petersburg, Florida area we can adjust our meetings and make them virtual. Our final details meeting can be via video call & our venue walkthrough can be moved to rehearsal day (we will just meet up one hour before rehearsal to walk the spaces).
